Are Myscene dolls and Bratz dolls and Divastar dolls likely to sell on ebay/worth anything.?
Hello. I have about four Myscene dolls that are over 3 years old and you cannot buy them anywhere , I am sure! Three are unpackaged and used, but on is packaged and not used.
I have MANY bratz dolls, some packaged but most unpackaged . They are in mostly in good condition and I even have a Bratz genie doll set and bottle and furnitiure and clothes! And some ski stuff. ANwyays I doubt you can buy them anywhere and they ar emostly in good condition and over 2 years old.
Also I have some Divastar dolls over 4 years old and in okay condition. You cannot buy them like anywhere except ebay . I have some clothes on them. I have two:the blond one and red haired one.
DO you think these dolls are worth money/can sell on ebay?
KEEP IN MIND THAT ALL OF THESE DOLLS ARE NOT MADE ANYMORE!
The only one of those lines that is actually discontinued is Diva Starz. My Scene is now primarily sold outside of the US aside from a few discount retailers, and Bratz are still to be made until at least the end of 2009, pending court case appeal (Judge Larson’s initial February recall/ban order has been extended). Regardless, I’m sure the particular ones you have are all off the current market.
You could probably get a tiny bit off of the Diva Starz and My Scene, but as neither line has many adult collectors or was ever a huge seller to begin with (especially not Diva Starz), don’t expect too much. It’s unlikely you’ll get what you originally paid for any of them.
The Bratz, on the other hand, can fetch better prices, especially depending which particular ones you have. Some have increased significantly in value, even before the court issues – they are now selling even better than before since there is a chance the line may be gone soon, though they were already top sellers both as toys and among some adult collectors.
I would suggest identifying any you are unsure of, as some rare Bratz can easily fetch $60 or more – some I can think of offhand that would be worth this much would include Sweet Heart Meygan, any of the Punkz Boyz, the Wicked Twiins Ciara and Diona, Sweet Heart 2006 Lilee (note, the 2007 Sweet Heart Lilee is a much more common doll and not worth too much), any of the Tokyo, Japan World Collector’s Edition line, among a few others.
